Our Return-Refund Policy
Any merchandise purchased through our company can be returned for a full refund (excluding shipping and handling) within 60 days.
Any unopened merchandise purchased through our company can be exchanged within 60 days (must include shipping and handling).
All returned packages must include a note providing the following information:

- Address
- Daytime phone number
- Reason for return
Before retuning product, please contact Rough Stones Music at info@roughstonesmusic.com for instructions.
Merchandise purchased as a set must be returned as a set for a full refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same payment manner in which they were received.
Please allow 4 to 6 weeks to process your refund request.
